  27. I also just purchased the same modem and win fax would not receive
  28. faxes however I was unable to receive faxes reliably with the 2
  29. previous generic modems I owned. Win fax pro 7.0 worked just fine with
  30. my generic modems and it works fine with my USR modem. Perhaps the
  31. problem is with the win fax software since the quick Link fax program
  32. included with the modem works fine with my USR.
